I obtained this handy little device to include in my pet grooming, business, to be used, basically as like an additional service or option. I have two pets of my own, both of whom are chipped. So I tested out the scanner on them. It was easy to use, and easy to read. It’s quite intuitive and should be simple for just about anyone to use. And the scanning worked for both on the first try. I definitely recommend this to anybody that has multiple pets or a business involving animals somehow.
