The XS is the perfect fit for my 3.5 lb rescue pup. Great quality, packaging says hand wash, may update review depending on how they wash. Definitely works as intended and keeps her diaper from coming off.

Tried these to hold up my dogs disposable diapers. They work ok but the clips can slip off sometimes. The materials are pretty nice. Also hard to take off when they need to go outside. Bought reusable diapers with a built in strap and it works way better. Can even put a reusable over a disposable diapers for extra protection and it stays in place.

After only 60 days, the white disc insert has split and the suspenders don’t hold as well.

My paraplegic dogs require diapers and the clips I used with a harness are no longer manufactured, so I decided to try these suspenders. They hold very well and are adjustable to fit each dog. You get two in a package with 2 extra clips. The only concern is one of my dogs is very active despite her condition, and pulls the clip holder loose. I fixed that with a small velcro dot and there is no longer a problem. Works well and priced right, and they are cute.

These Suspenders are good quality. They are packaged two pairs of suspenders to a pack. They are made of soft elastic, adjustable and does not pull the hair or pinch the skin. My Baby Girl (14-year-old dog) tries her best to rub the diaper & suspenders off. She rubs her body against the furniture to try to remove the suspenders. They stay on her very well, she has not been able to get them off. The extra velcro strip that attach at where the straps cross, is well thought out & helpful. These are adorable & I will buy again if needed.

We tried the belly band diapers on our little friend, and they laughably kept slipping off within a minute. These suspenders worked like a charm. They're a bit snugger than I'd prefer even though they're elastic. I'd prefer to have minimal stretch tension on the suspenders. Our dog was a small size but it was definitely snug at the maximum length, when using a small belly band, fits right on an older larger /medium belly band (still at nax length), and way too snug using a small dog diaper. Also fyi the snaps don't work well on thin material of some disposable diapers. So I'd really would give it 4.5 stars... Update after 1.5 months of use: be careful as the screws holding the fastener get loose. It's happened 2x so far in a month and a half. Luckily both time we found the screw after extensive search... so I would give 4 stars now.

Our Boston is in permanent diapers this year. He's not going anywhere, but needs his Diaper changed regularly. That means, while Mom and Dad are at work or out of the house from time to time, we expect full diapers.I didn't know about these things for the longest time or would have had used them a few years ago for that long time away with the cripple dog - he just can't hold it and no fault of his. The diaper suspenders work and hold the diaper up. A diaper by itself is not going to stay on a dog. it'll slide off in no time. Or at least our dog, because his hind legs don't work and the muscle atrophy has him more lean on that end. Here's what I've noticed after 6 months of use with these...You need to order spare clips. Search amazon for "Pacifier Suspender Clips" or similar. The problem is two-fold. The bottom clip will rust quickly when exposed to saturated urine. You gotta change it out. You don't want that rust rubbing on the dogs belly. 2ndly they are cheap spring steel mass produced and will lose their clamp strength after so many clamps or if you clamp too much material, etc. (We use both disposable and cloth.) Anyway, the clips are a common item and a new one with good grip is the remedy from time to time. We needed to safety pin the under suspender to fit our Boston the adjustment wasn't good enough and we needed to fold it in half after adjusting all the way. Not a big deal and safety pin hasn't come off and isn't a comfort issue for the dog. I'm not even sure if there is a better adjustment system. It is what it is. The suspender material is starting to show signs of end of life, Cosmetics, etc. we'll just order more. I mean, $10 a couple times a year isn't a huge cost. We're all in, so the cost of diapers and accessories is really something we don't think about in the scheme of things. Yeah, it's an inconvenience, but also a family member and we just make our best decisions, adjust and move on with life. These diaper suspenders are basic and they basically work. Good quality as can be and dog wears them almost 24/7 with no issues.
