The call I ordered was black and made of heavy plastic and came with a lanyard the call I received was made out of cheap clear plastic nowhere was pete prechards name mentioned on package at all I bought this thinking it was a quality call and this one looks like it came from dollar tree

Deer call is OK for kids to learn how to use a call but will be buying them better grade calls to use while in the field

I don't know what it is, but the call came out of the package with a putrid odor. After letting it sit out for a couple days it got better, but I still can't wear it around my neck without feeling sick.
