I did a lot of research before I bought this gas log. Peterson has an excellent reputation. Peterson is one of the few that has 16-inch gas logs, and the others that do are much more expensive. It looks wonderful and puts out plenty of heat for our 12 x 16-foot living room with 10-foot ceilings. My installer was impressed with the quality, and we are too. And the heat level is adjustable!

My firebox was extremely small and I didn’t have a lot of choice for logs. However, this log set is great! It ours off a good amount of heat and there’s no smell. My last logs always seemed to have a smell. These don’t. Definitely would recommend.

I did extensive research. I bought this set of gas logs mainly due to the reputation of the Peterson company. These gas logs are much prettier than the photo on Amazon. The gas supply line was too short, so I bought a longer one. I bought the 16-in non-vented set because I have a tiny 26-in wide firebox. It heats the room quite well! I love it! My wife loves it!

Tried other products with much less success- this product looks good and works well. Had a narrow area to work with and this is nicely compact. The burner is well made and the gas connection hose can be used- it actually bends and you won't have to run out to Lowes to buy a flexible connection.
