Muy comodo para ascender por cuerdas de escalada junto a un croll y puño (ascension).De ésta manera podemos usar las 2 manos en el puño o usar un puño doble.Hay que poner una cinta express o un alargo en el mosquetón que une el croll al arnes para que el croll nos quede a la altura del pecho.Olvidate de subir con puño y grigri
