Love this dish set! I did receive 4 dinner plates that had imperfections in the ceramic. But I contacted the company that makes these dishes and they ship me four new plates in the mail within a week. Great customer service! It seems like a good quality set! Not too heavy but not too light weight either. Easy to clean. Love the leaf detail on the edges.

We needed a new set of dishes. Ours were heavy and all the liquid foods mixed in the saucer type bottom. I went on a search for new, lighter, more neutral dishes that could be used for multiple occasions. These were perfect! They are a nice weight, have a nice decorative detail around the side of the dishes and bowls, and can be used for anything. They microwave well, are dishwasher safe and practical. We have been using them for a couple of months and there is no sign of wear from cutting food on them. The only thing I wish this pattern had was some serving pieces, but they are neutral enough that I could pick up some white pieces that go along with these very well!

I would like to share my thoughts on the dinnerware sets and customer service. The quality of dinnerware sets are excellent. It has nice glazing that makes the dinnerware look more appealing. After opening the package, I found 1 dinner plate was broken, I contacted customer service, they tried their best to fix the problem. I was very pleased with Amazon customer service, I know they are reliable. Highly recommended.

I really like the style of this set. The plates, while a solid white, do have a nice basketweave pattern around the edges providing a pleasing visual when comparing to just a solid plain plate set. All pieces arrived and wonderfully packaged. The delivery box had a bit of wear (nothing major) so I was a bit nervous about possible cracking or breakage but upon opening the boxes to inspect the dinnerware, each piece was securely packaged inside their respective boxes. No cracks, chips or breakage of any kind. They seem sturdy and I do like the size of the plates, bowls and salad/dessert plates. I am , so far, thoroughly pleased with the look of this set and I thought it was a very good value for service for 8 (24 pieces). It is stated they are microwave and dishwasher safe so it remains to be seen how they will fare in time. But for now, I'm very happy with the brand.

We just got the Pfaltzgraff Josephine 24-piece Dinnerware Set for our home, and it looks like it's going to be perfect for our daily use. The plates and bowls are a bit thicker than most, which is good for us because we often end up chipping or breaking our dishes.The design of the set has a basket-weave pattern. We thought it might be too much, but it's actually pretty nice and not too noticeable unless you look closely. This is great because it means the set isn't too flashy for everyday meals.So far, we're really happy with this dinner set and plan to use it all the time for our family dinners. It seems strong enough to last a while and it's nice enough to make our meals feel special.

Love the pattern that matched some nice large salad dishes. The cereal bowls could be a little larger, especially for salads. Thought these were more like the porcelain salad plates I had purchased. Should have looked closer as these seem heavier and more like ceramic. Overall an excellent product.
