When practicing chipping, which is key to scoring, I'm not wanting to chase a dozen balls around. This does the job for me, for the most part. When I miss the net and have to retrieve my ball its more motivation to improve my chipping. My technique is to chip like I putt with a different club. I keep my wrists firm and keep my club head low.

Both of my boys are really into golf and my daughter is just getting into it. I seen this chipping net and thought it would be something to keep their interest and have fun with.This chipping net comes compact and everything folds down flat for easy storage. It pops open and there are 2 metal posts to assemble to hold it open. It has velcro along the side with 3 interchangeable panels to hit over. It is not real sturdy and tipped over a number of times if they hit their ball too hard or too high. They solved that easily and just laid a club through it to weigh it down. This seems to be well made and descent quality. It's kept my 3 kids busy for hours and they have had a lot of fun with it.

Tiny target, which is fine but the net, Velcro and materials are so cheap! The Velcro around the frame is very weak. The Velcro around the nylon rectangle sheets only stick to the white net and not the frame. There are snags and imperfections in the thin material. Such a disappointment and not worth the retail price. A waste of money and not even worth the taxes I had to pay on this.

RECOMMENDATION:Thumbs Up: Easily transportable and easy storage.THE GOOD:1. The set is pretty lightweight and breaks down into a pretty flat form factor.2. They include 3 different front covers that have Velcro on them and you are supposed to place them on the bottom of the front of the net – the sizes of the net also have Velcro on them. The point is to chip it in above the cover and into the net, but if you are really good you can move these around on the net and aim for them.THE BAD:1. The construction is not terribly sturdy despite what the product listing says, but you likely won’t put it through too much wear considering that it is for chip shots.

Works as expected but not the highest quality. It is fairly light and blows over easily. Our daughter is happy with it and uses it to practice chip shots in the back yard.

This is a small chipping net so not the most substantial, but perfect for the backyard or garage or on the go. It packs up nicely and is easy to carry around. It's not the most durable but does the job well enough. So far I have had no issue with durability.

This practice chipping net is definitely worthy of the PGA branding! All the workmanship is of high quality. It it put together and broken down easily, and is portable for travel needs. The variety of net sizes/designs is also great for varying skill levels.

Fairly small and a little on the cheap side. It does do the things it's advertised as doing though and folds down for transport and storage. It does tip over fairly easy though, need to add something to weigh it down. For the price it's what I would expect and at least gives you something to take some swings in the yard.
