I haven't had a chance to use this product in the field. I tried it in my house and immediately noticed there's a lot of background noise or hiss. However you can send it a healthy signal and keep the pack volume low, and once you have any audio coming through it sounds fine. Nice and loud, clean, good audio quality. I did walk around and had some momentary RF noises and dropouts but as long as you're not using it for any critical performances, I think this product will be great for rehearsals or low-pressure gigs in RF-light environments. For the price, I'm highly impressed. I would never want to try using it in a radio-heavy place like a city and I don't think I'd trust offering it to my clients for wedding bands or high-pressure concerts, but if you've got like a low-budget garage band situation, this could be a fine way to offer them the option of wireless in-ears as an alternative to stage monitors. Artists with Shure PSM-1000 money won't be impressed but a lot of people would be. I'm happy with my purchase. FYI I only purchased one unit and haven't tried using multiple channels together.

I've used a variety of wireless IEM's and for the money, the Phenyx Pro PTM-10 is about as good as it gets. True stereo if you need it but can also be run separate mono which means you can run two independent signals to the L-R inputs and use two different receivers essentially doubling the capacity.Sound quality is good. No hissing or white noise in my setup compared to another cheaper make/model I was previously using. Setup took a little work to get going setting up two independent receivers in mono.Build quality is ok. Plastic parts. The belt clip is much better than my other cheaper make/model. Battery life is ok. I use rechargeable lithiums, so it's not too big of a deal.Included earbuds are actually pretty decent sounding. They are not over the ear, but could probably still be looped over the ear. But not as stay-in-place as molded over the ear types.The included hardcase is a great bonus as is the rack mount hardware and bnc extension cable for the antenna.The power supply is the offset sideways type which is annoying since that can hog up a power strip.Overall, this is money well spent for my bar band.

The product is great, nice sound, battery time is great too. However, you will have noise and something popping sound which hit the ear. Tried different frequency but no luck.
