No dislikes. Direct replacement for a failed ballast. Easy to install and less than half the cost of a new light fixture.

I didn't need them. I am removing the florescent lighting in my shop and going LED.

I wanted to upgrade some older fluorescent fixtures to LED tubes. The LED compatibility chart specified an electronic instant start ballast was required for these tubes to work. The big box store stocked these, but at 2x the cost. AMZ provided the identical product and next day delivery. The old ballasts were removed, and these new electronic ballasts were installed. Although longer than the original ballasts, they were the same width; just needed to drill one new screw hole. The new LED tubes worked right away with these ballasts.
