This is an excellent set that is budget friendly! I got these for the kids at an event to paint on. They ranged from 3-17 and everyone enjoyed it.The ornaments are smooth and they are fairy thin in thickness. Easy for little hands to hold while painting on them.Paint brushes with acrylic paint, classic markers and mini Pom puffs attached with glue worked great. I think most art mediums will work on these especially if you put on a mod podge layer to protect it.Great value and I would absolutely seek these out again :)

I ordered these ornaments mainly for next Christmas since I usually engrave them for gifts and that takes awhile if you want intricate designs. I will also use some to test new ornament decorating ideas like collage and paint and anything else I can think of. It doesn't have to be Christmas to make ornaments!

Very nice cut outs. Nice quality wood--so can be painted or used in mosaic or mixed media work. I got these to use in my mixed media work and they will be perfect. The kit also includes cord for hanging. This set would also be great to use while crafting with children. It's a great value for the money as you get 50!!!

Super value for the price! These are fairly consistent on both sides, so good for either 1 or 2 sided projects. I got them to laser engrave and they work well with some experimentation. I like the included twine and red & white candycane string.
