Bought it used like new but it was very used like very very used and not working burnt out and the controller would not work either . Someone put their old burnt up heater in the box and returned it as a new heater. To late for me to return it . Got beat on this by even the remote control was the type made 10 yrs ago .

At first operating, it worked fine but after approximately six times after operating, I found that the machine has three different codes as of now I guess I must toss it in the dumpster

Instructions are very poor. What I got is not what was advertised. But works well.

It works pretty well so far. Just like a lot of reviews said the first initial burn smells but after awhile it calms. Might change the pump for the quieter one though since it's pretty loud. And sucks the battery didn't come with the remote so hopefully I can find one since it's a weird sized one looking like a mini AAA battery.
