The recliner assembly went smoothly! Took us a minute to figure out the covered velcro, but my partner and I skimmed through the directions lol. Very happy with the product so far, as it's only been a month or so. Still seems like a great product, just wish there was a rocking aspect, but not missing that aspect as much as I thought. Great chair overall!

I just got this chair for my den upgrade. For the price point, you can’t expect a lot, but I was more than pleased when I received this product. First of all, it comes in a very large box, but it fits through standard door openings just fine, so getting it in the house was easy. Secondly, the ease of putting this together was amazing. From box to set up in less than 10 minutes. Literally just need to put the back rest onto the poles on the back of the seat. Plug in the 2 wires that are color coated and easy to see. Then attach the arm rests. Easy!! Lastly, the comfort is good, not great. The material is soft, the padding is pretty good. It’s not LARGE, but I didn’t want anything big and bulky. The “massager” is a vibrating mechanism that is full body… the high intensity setting does not really “massage,” but it is very relaxing and calming. I live in South Florida, and have not used the heat for any extended period of time (just for testing purposes). It’s warm. I could see it being beneficial for lower back pain. It’s not a heating pad, but it’s got some warmth to it. The build quality seems to be pretty good. Again, for the cost, you can’t expect a lot, but this surpassed my expectations on many levels. If you aren’t looking for something fancy, and don’t plan on spending a lot of time in it, I think it’s a good buy. I use it in my den to read, watch tv, relax, do homework, etc. It has worked well for me, so far, but I also don’t spend a lot of time in there.

The message and heat do not work. This chair is tiny and when you sit in it it’s like being on a podium.
