Its a 3/8 drive socket to air hammer adapter. There are the same tools available for much cheaper costs. It is packaged in a tube with a fancy lable that i feel you are over paying for. This is approx $50 and there are the same thing available for about 15$. Do your research but I dont believe this is worth the extra cost.

The package of the tool I received had been torn open and taped back together. The tool shows signs of prior use and is not even the current model shown on the out side of the package. This looks like an old used model that someone stuck back in a new package.

If you’re looking for a solution to loosening seized bleeder screws you’ve found it. Buy this and use it. No heat necessary. Just thread penetrate, this tool and other bits required.Used this on a rust belt 2007 Audi Q7 (Brembo) for 8 screws and all came out easy. pretty unbelievable. There’s video on YouTube

Returning this defective tool. Tool broke off inside of socket within 30 seconds of the first use while using my air hammer to loosen a rusted bleeder screw. Arrived with the o-ring already torn and laying loose in the package. Very poor quality.

Started working on a new project. I know it's been at least 7 years since the brakes had been serviced, and that's a long time in the wet, humid and salty environment in which I live. All 4 bleeders were covered in rust, and quit stuck. I soaked them in spray penetrate and lightly tapped them with a hammer twice a day for a week. One of the bleeders finally popped loose, but the other 3 remained stubbornly frozen. That's when I started looking for other options and discovered the Break Free. Boy, did it work. I had all three bleeders replaced in under 5 minutes.I couldn't tell from the videos I watched how much torque it would take to pop them loose, but I can tell you, it was minimal. I never felt even close to being in danger of breaking a bleeder off. I just worked the wrench back a forth a couple of times and boom, it would break free smooth as silk. This product is aptly named. Well worth every penny. I bet this would work well on frozen exhaust manifold bolts, as well.My only complaint is I wished they made a shorter version. I really had to get creative to get my long barrel air hammer with the Break Free and deep well impact socket attached into the tight confines of the wheel well. You will do well if you have a short barrel air hammer.Note to Manufacture: Please consider making a version that eliminates the neck for the air hammer retention spring. All that is needed is the anvil, the 3/4" hex and the 3/8" drive. The manner in which the tool is designed to be used makes the retention spring redundant, and only serves to limit the tool's usefulness. After all, if you can't get it on the bleeder in a tight space, its worthless.

I dont dispute that this item willl do what it claims, but will not fit uk standard air chisel. the centre shank stops the air chisel spring from going back on the air chisel. the only solution is. if you have a metal lathe is to reduce the shank width to fit

Absolutely fantastic tool, I actually haven't tried it yet on an actual brake bleeder. But I did buy it on a recommendation to use it to take locating screws out that hold on brake rotors. Living in a rusty state these would CONSTANTLY strip out because they were rusted in. Most times they would come out when smacked with an impact driver, but that would constantly break bits. The genius of this tool is that it doesn't really put any twisting motion onto the bit, it just impacts it nicely to break the rust free. A 19mm wrench fits over it and you just lightly twist that until it comes breaks free. We also used this as an absolute lifesaver when a colleague broke a rusty bolt to a sway bar off into the body of the car. There was just enough bolt sticking out to use a cutoff wheel to grind a groove to fit a flathead bit into it and then grabbed the 19mm ratcheting wrench and started hitting it. The bolt was extremely stuck, but again, because you're not putting a whole lot of torque on it, it didn't break off the ears of the bolt and it came out with very little difficulty. Great tool
