Genuine Canon remote on back order everywhere so tried this one. Initial setup was easy. Worked perfect first try on still, and movie settings. Put it in pouch in my camera bag, and pulled it out 2 weeks later. Connects, but only works on movie mode. Tried everything. Mode switch in still position, reset blue tooth, re paired, and it only works on movie mode. When I try to take a still photo red lights blinks on the remote, and does not operate the shutter. Returning for refund, not taking a chance on another one.

It doesn’t shoot in RAW?! And it the zoom feature doesn’t work with sigma 24 70 II. Terrible

I/ve got this awesome remote for my NIKON P1000 powerzoom camera to help shoot Moon. Good for tele-zoom, shooting etc. Completely great device...But today I try to find out a good remote for my other camera -Sony A6700... and suddenly I found informaion about this remote - it can do all cameras !!! Snd my Sony A6700 too! 1 minutes later I connected remote to Sony!/
