This little umbrella is perfect. I live in Phoenix and needed something that would keep the sun off my phone and GPS screen. Dash-mounted phones overheat very quickly in the summer and when the glare hits the nav screen I can hardly see my backup camera. I clipped this little umbrella right to my ProClip phone holder. The black color is a little counter-intuitive at first (black absorbs more heat), but I have Subaru Eyesight so I don't want anything putting glare on the windshield, so the black is actually ideal for me. They're using some kind of UV/solar fabric (you can see the inside is silver) which is a must - regular umbrella fabric will not block enough heat or light (ask me how I know). There are going to be times when the sun is at an angle and it just won't be able to provide as much coverage for the nav screen, but because of how flexible it is, those times should be few and far between.

A fun but effective way to keep the glaring sun off smart phones and tablets when using outdoors. It also helps protect the phone and or tablet from overheating.

For me, because of my phone case's thickness, it doesn't really clip-on enough to stay on the phone (hence the 4-stars). But that's ok because I can still use it by resting it on my dash and on the top of my phone/ phone holder in the car.I do like the flexibility of the handle, and the umbrella is as described.

I had a trip to Miami, and I needed something to cover my phone from over hitting, this cute little umbrella did the work not only for that but I could easily see My screen's phone, also so easy to use no need for magnetic plate, love it
