I make puppets and, on occasion, puppet videos. The process isn't easy: you need a camera set high so the puppeteer isn't caught in frame, but you are trying to act with a puppet while looking at scripts and keep everything in the same place. Ideally, you would need a monitor below you so you can quickly scan in the places you need.In the past, all I had was a camcorder with a preview screen that I could swivel my direction. The problem with this? The camera was far back, the screen was small, and I had to look up to see it. This meant looking down at scripts, up to check your spots, all while trying to keep the puppet looking straight ahead... and often I would just slowly tilt the puppets head up instinctively because that's what my head was doing. It was a mess without a director or monitor.This really helps solve that problem for me. While the screen is small, the ability to see what I'm doing up close and at a position that works for me is an absolute game changer. Basically you're just using software on your phone to cast to the tiny monitor (it gives instructions on how, but if your phone is like mine, you may have to do a web search for instructions. My casting app wasn't very obvious on my phone).Thanks to this, I'm able to do a lot in a small space without the need of another person to keep my sightline correct.If you are using it for selfies, you WILL need to attach the included metal ring to the back of your phone. It will somewhat stick to the phone on its own, but only if you have the phone propped on something; the magnet will keep it from falling over. Without a table or or the included metal ring, though, it will slide off. Keep that in mind.For my needs, this is five stars.

This monitor screen is extremely useful when shooting photo or video with iPhone. It allows us to check our position during shooting. This way, we can fully utilize rear camera of phones. By phone's mirroring function, the scene can be projected onto this small screen.

Magnetic selifie Screen is great and there is a no lag, you can see yourself filming through back camera on time! Moreover, it enables you to take pictures from a distance, you can position the phone at an ideal spot and use this screen to ensure you're framed and looking best.

It's easy and quick to set up and connect selfie screen. For viewfinder is to set up phone's screen mirroring function. For Take photo is to connect Remote control.
