The shorts fit, I bought year 13, and fit like a 14. The blue is navy though, not the brighter blue as shown in the picture. These will not match the boyscout uniform if you are looking for something with stretch.

I bought 6 shorts for a 6 year old....that was the size i selected, but the shorts are waaaaaay too big! they won't fit until he is 8-9 yrs. I received all the items but i can't use them....and the worst part is that I'm from Ecuador so it's not easy for me to make an item return but this is wasted money for me....not happy at all

I liked the shorts but they are really big. I would buy them again in a much smaller size. They looked good and had great material.
