I bought this for my daughter's piano teacher. The box it was shipped in was absolutely lovely and elevated this gift! The piano itself is a great quality keepsake.

We bought this as a gift for a 92 year old friend that used to play and teach piano lessons. She also loves music boxes.She has written to us several times that everyone that enters her room at the assisted living facility, just raves about this music box.It was so beautiful and had one of our favorite tunes, Fur Elise, that I bought one for my wife for Christmas.She loves crystal and music boxes too, so this was perfect for her too.She absolutely loves it too.

Bought as a Valentine's day gift. Arrived broken 2 days's before Valentines day. Not made well top of piano was broken off cleanly from post to edge. could see the cheap glue that held it together. It was not cracked, just cheaply made and the rubber glue that didn't hold it together was obvious. A cheap mess.

Very disappointed. Was super excited to gift this to someone and it arrived broken - the legs, piano top and stand. The music plays out of it though so there’s that.Edit: the return process was simple and i was sent a new one. When received correctly it is beautiful! Changing from 1 star to 5.
