Seems well built, but the tolerance on the picatinny side is a little off. When fully tightened it still has a little play. The arca side fits well though...

This is a very well made adapter plate! It mounts very securily to any picatinny rail, and is very easy to install. The design is very simple but very stable too. It fits perfectly into a Swiss/Arca clamp for hunting tripods. This is a great price for the build quality!

Impressed on the construction. Fits both the picatinny and arca-swiss perfectly. Very happy with this adapter. Only negative might be its weight.

I have photography gear that is much higher quality than the "gun clamps" many people use with their tripods. Having the ability to quick-swap an airgun to a top-of-the-line head is amazing.Much better, more accurate, stronger adjustments than possible with my "gun clamps" setup.For me, the 4 small screws had to be removed to fit my head correctly; it was perfect afterwards.The adapter connected extremely tightly to the air rifle -- I wouldn't recommend connecting to plastic rails on a heavy gun, but that is your call.At the end of the day I have more secure platform, and can bring a single tripod into the field for camera and gun.My ONLY wish for this product is that it has "safety screws," similar to the existing 4 on the bottom of the plate, that prevent the gun from slipping forward/backward within the actual clamp. You can get it secure by tightening very hard, and the specifics of your setup may vary. But, after use I did encounter loosening and some slipping that could have been avoided with a property placed bottom screw.Over all I love this mount and use it in all cases where the gun clamps used to work. It even has holes on the bottom so you can connect directly to a monopod that doesn't have a quick connect, for example, or, just attach it to a larger mount plate (manfrotto I think) for use on heavy-duty video camera tripods.Great product!

This allows me to put one of my cameras in places where I don't have to worry about someone getting it easy. It is well built and not as easy to remove the camera, just what I wanted so someone doesn't walk by and take that camera. Other cameras I need to remove and replace at will with ease. I am sure it has many other uses too. It does have the 1/4 and 3/8 inch thread so you can screw into it or add a stud to put in it. I do hope it helps you.
