This advent jigsaw puzzle is a great concept for counting down the days to Christmas for the kids. It’s fun for the big kids too :) All the pieces fit together well and have vibrant colors that really stand out. Putting one box together each day is a fun activity for the family. It only takes a short time to put each box together. Putting a 1,000-piece puzzle together can be a little overwhelming if you can’t devote an extended amount of time to complete the puzzle. The one box a day is perfect for family time. The puzzle includes a picture of the completed puzzle if you need a little help to find all the pieces. The puzzle pieces are a little on the thin side but the pieces still all interlock well. All in all, it’s a nice puzzle for a fair price that will bring the family together for some daily family time as you count down the days to Christmas.

My family enjoys puzzles, so we’re really looking forward to this advent calendar! It will be a fun way to countdown to Christmas. I hated to open it early, but wanted to write a review. The pieces are a little small, but seem like good quality. The photo side is glossy. The back side has letters on it, I suppose to help you locate which area the piece belongs in. The only downside I am imagining is needing to keep the puzzle sitting out for the entire Christmas season. I’m not sure where we’ll put it.

This is a great advent gift for you loved one who is a puzzle lover. It is very simple and to put together and good for beginners. Each day has about 40-45 pieces making it a little easier to put the whole puzzle together.

Definitely a real disappointment for the children, putting this together and constantly missing pieces as they took turns to do different days. The listing promises that all of the pieces are there, but that they might be in different boxes. While that did happen, twice, there were still pieces missing, when the whole thing was put together. Now it's Christmas Eve and we don't have a whole puzzle to put up on the wall, like we planned.EDIT: After contacting the seller (which Amazon made very difficult), they were willing to send another puzzle, so that I could complete the puzzle, due to the missing pieces. I didn't examine the new box to see if any of the pieces were missing from that one, since I was able to replace the missing pieces and get it hung up in the frame I purchased. I'm sad that I have what accounts to a whole other unusable puzzle, but I greatly appreciate the communication and assistance that was provided for this issue. Thank you

This Christmas advent calendar is such a great idea to enjoy the entire month of December! There are 24 boxes leading up to Christmas day. Each box contains a section of the puzzle with 42 pieces inside. The puzzle is little, but can be worked on by multiple people, if desired. There is a picture showing you the section of the puzzle you are working to assemble, as well. The back of each puzzle piece has a number on it so you know which "day" or section it belongs to. For example, the first box has 42 pieces inside and they are all labeled as 1 on the back.The image of the puzzle is absolutely beautiful and we are looking forward to putting it together. I love the classic winter scene and that it is family-focused. There are lots of fun details on the puzzle and each section has something for you to put together (there are no sky days, for example). The pieces appear high quality and the first box I opened did not contain puzzle dust, which is great. We are planning on keeping the boxes and reusing this puzzle advent calendar next year. This would make a great gift for anyone who enjoys the holidays and wants a little something special to do everyday.

I love the idea of a daily small puzzle that builds into a large one.The pieces and decent enough, I’d prefer higher quality, but they are okay.Beautiful idea and decent enough appearance.
