They take a second to get used to in terms of putting them in since they're kind of small, but once they're in they do the job. I only ever have issues blowing my nose or if I rub my nose a little too hard. That's purely user error though so I wouldn't dock the item any points for that.

These were okay for what i needed. I was traveling somewhere septum piercings are less acceptable, so I just wanted to not wear my usual hoop for about 2 weeks. These were very easy to put in and super comfortable to wear, but also a little loose and would fall out pretty regularly. I lost a few out and about throughout the day, they just fell out of my nose. Also, if i touched my nose or used a tissue they would definitely come out. Still, much more comfortable than a barbell, and my septum is very healed so it was no issue for me if it fell out and I didn’t have anything for most of the day as long as I could put another one back in later. Overall, ok, pros and cons.

easy to put in and perfect fit. once you position it right it stays in just fine, didn't budge after sleeping or eating etc. much more comfortable than flipping up a horseshoe.

Best septum retainers I've found so far, they are small and lightweight so try to remember to remove them before doing anything like washing your face as I've lost most of them 😅. The price and quality are pretty good, I've purchased them a few times and will continue to do so.

I was hoping these retainers would show just a little and be cute. But they hide completely in my nose unless the light hits just right. Which I guess is what they were going for, so they hit the mark. I had to give 5 stars. The width is just right and they stay in place unless you blow or wipe your nose, then you got to be careful. I guess thats why they give you 5.

I am not allowed to have a visible septum in for work and these spacers work great. They are a little tricky to get in at first because they are so small but once you get the hang of it, they are easy to put in or take out. It's completely hidden in my nose when in so it was exactly what I needed! I got tired of having to flip my horseshoe ring up into my nose to hide it, plus I was always aware of it being able to feel it inside my nose. I forget these spacers are even in because they are so small. I haven't had any issues with it coming out either. Highly recommend for anyone needing to "hide" their septum piercing.

Was nervous these would be painful to get in but it's not the case. Can use fingers or jewelry pliers. Be careful when blowing nose or washing face, they move somewhat easily. Just what I needed and easy to hide the legs

These are ok retainers. They seem to be made week but they are incredibly small so on one hand they’re great if you have to hide your piercings for work but not great if you’re prone to being paranoid if you can’t feel/see your jewelry.Also, why does this come with five? So you and four of your closest septum piercing having friends can have like bff jewelry? One or two is plenty, five is absolute overkill.
