I ordered this pillow after cartilage piercing.I find it very comfy.My ear fits perfectly and it has enough for neck support and hand under it for side sleepers.My neck stopped being stiff after sleeping on it.Love itAnd it is perfect if you roll over on the back - head will fit right into the hole.Perfect height for me. Love it and I think will be using forever.The only downside - there is not available pillow cases for this type. And removing the initial cover for washing is a pain.I juts put regular case love it and tuck in the “hole” works but not perfect. I hope they make pillowcases for this one.Otherwise pillow is great, quality is great and softensss is perfect.

Pillow is very firm. I thought it wouldn’t work. But it does hold my sore ear in place. Getting used to it now. And I sleep well with it even on my back.i recommend it. The pillow is just abit too far from the edge of pillow so my ear doesn’t fit hole position. Have to keep adjusting.

This took some getting used to to sleep with, and now it's my favorite pillow! It helps so much with keeping my piercings happy, and it's a smaller pillow, so I take it with me when I travel!

I like the size of this pillow it’s not huge but significantly closer to a regular size pillow than another I had tried. It’s nice and soft yet firm enough for good support. Bought it because of freshly pierced ears and it worked great! The hole was a good size the other I had bought had a smaller hole. Overall I know I’m comparing with another but this one is really good especially for the price if you’re not trying to spend too much.

The pillow was too firm, but the main issue is that the hole is too high up and so was rendered useless for me, unless i place the top of my shoulder on the pillow itself, which would then make it very uncomfortable too. You need to have a veryy long neck for it to be able to work for you.

The design of this pillow is good for a side-sleeper as there is no pressure on your ear. However, the memory foam chosen to fill the pillow is very firm, in fact too firm for me to really enjoy using it.

Purchased this pillow to alleviate pressure on ears while sleeping. First problem with this pillow is that the hole for your ear is located in the middle of the pillow. The hole should be offset (closer to the edge) so the distance between the edge of the pillow, where your shoulders rest, and where the ear hole is located aren't so far apart. Unless you have a long neck there is no way your ear can reach the hole comfortably! Secondly, the foam is really hard and dense so it's not really comfortable using for any extending period of time, like sleeping through the night. Also, the pillow is smaller than a regular pillow so it's easy for your head to fall off while sleeping.In order to make the pillow usable, even for short periods of time, I had to cut away a large portion of the foam in order to for my ear to reach the hole. I cut the foam almost to the hole and it still doesn't work great. See photo; I cut along the curve line right below the hole.
