I have been using this product for only 3 months and the rope snapped and hit the top of my foot and gave me a gnarly bruise. I loved the workout but now am upset because I have to invest in another set😤😡

The loop to latch the bands on that is on the bar is not sturdy and broke after about five workout sessions. I diy fixed it with a zip tie but not sure how long that will last.

The band broke and flew off during use. I'm 2 weeks past the return window. Even if I bought a new band, the knob holding it on the bar broke off. Now I'm stuck with a useless item.

I'm new to the weight fitness life so I wanted something effective for a beginner.Found it!!! Just the 30lbs give me great resistance for a GOOD and challenging workout.I typically turn on a YouTube vid and workout that way.Overall I'm very pleased and especially because it arrived quicker than the date given which would've still had me waiting. 😊I'm using this to help with my upper body strength and overall flexibility.Yes, it was packaged well.

I now get in some valuable Pilates exercises while watching TV! I really like that the bar is in three sections and screw together forming a solid piece. The clever design allows the straps to move freely. All in all, a great addition to my exercise equipment collection.

Just got it today. Right on time for me to finish my squats!!! It helps me do it so much more proficient and efficient. I feel my core working out as long as my glutes better than without. And I know it’s working me out more with the added weight!!! #Gamechanger

I like how this bar was able to be easily put together from 3 pieces. It also has 4 straps. The resistance is really good. The only thing I don’t like about it that much is the color scheme. I thought I would, but it doesn’t go with anything in my house. The bar is a good length and it sits on my back well.
