will give 3 stars because. this thing operates with gliders you expect the gliding to be smooth. It is not. the glider pads will only go naturally 2/3 of the way when something will make it stop. if you want it to go all the way you have to push and do extra force, and it does a bump bump.the purpose of the thing in the first place is to smoothly glide so if you have a point on the board where it becomes crappy & requires you to have to do extra stuff, it defeats the entire purpose of the whole thing. if you are willing to tolerate the low quality and overlook this inconvenience, you could still manage to get a workout off of it. I find it very discouraging and I think it would kill a lot of people's motivation. It requires me to do more work and get a less than satisfactory experience. I know that if the gliders were smooth, I would be very pleased with how it operates.if you are serious about doing workouts, do not buy this it is cheaply made, and flimsy. the handles come apart very easily and you have to continuously put it back together. The unit that holds the two handles simultaneously doesn't work very well. The gliding is not smooth. It gets stuck along the way, and although I managed to get a relatively decent workout for this thing it cost me way more effort, and I did way less than what I think I probably would do if that thing was smooth.The stretchy bands seems very cheap and cumbersome so I really didn't use them because the board didn't seem sturdy enough to do something with them..also, I got injured the second time I used it by doing the foot on the gliders movement that everybody sees with those fitness boards. it took me two weeks to recover. I think the gliding is inconsistent and the wheels aren't in actual tracks. The board portion is very flimsy and so I'm going to try to find something sturdier and smoother. if you're going to spend money, pay a little more and get the good one. don't buy the crappy cheap one and get disappointed.

Listen to the low reviews. I wish I had the plastic is very flimsy and there were no assembly instructions or guides for workouts. The assembly isn’t bad but it’s very hard to figure out how to attach the resistance bands. I ended up using additional clips I had on hand so I could attach the resistance bands.I think the concept is good but read reviews and try to find a board that is good value for your money.

Mmm, so it's cheap. I'm less than 300lbs and it feels like I'm going to shatter it. I just got it today, and now it's saying it's unavailable/unknown if it will be back in stock???Go the distance and spend some money on a real board.

Purchased this after seeing all 5 star reviews. Not a fan of this product for a couple of reasons. The handle keeps popping out when you're in a lower position and the board makes a ton of noise as well. Also when you lift the arm pull up bands the board comes up with it. Feels cheap especially considering my new pilates board is much sturdier. Returning right away.

The quality is poor. It feels like cheap & flimsy plastic and the hooks are extremely hard to attach. Definitely not worth the price that’s being charged!

Returned this item because even though I knew it was made of plastic, it was a bit more flimsy than I like. Additionally, I wasn’t able to glide back-and-forth because it was not level on both sides. Good idea for a product but maybe use a more sturdier material next time. Loved the portability but not worth the cost. Sorry!
