This board is great for my lifestyle as a busy mom looking to get tone. It folds up small and slides right under my coffee table. It is fast to pull out, ser up, and get a meaningful core workout quickly. Plus I love the purple color! There is no storage for the band accessories on it. Overall this is a great all in one workout for someone who is short and both space and time. The only complaint I have with it is the back of the battery pack is incredibly hard to open. Very minor inconvenience, and the battery life is long. I am pleased with this item and think it is well made and is versatile in the workouts you can do with such a small footprint.

Im glad to have this pilates board. Works well and intuitively. Came with instructions with photos of how to operate the board. Came with a lot of accessories to offer a variety of workouts. I stink at push ups because Im not strong but this made it slightly easier to do a similar motion. Though SLIGHTLY easier, still a challenge and a different kind of hard. Love how this folds up to store away. If I wanted to take it on a trip, feels like it may even fit in a small rolling travel suitcase. Feels sturdy to support me and I am plus sized. Felt like a good value for the money and the cost aligns with similar brands on the market and on this site. Gave me a good work out!

This is a decent Pilates workout set for the beginner to medium level person. The set is made of a durable plastic and is made well. Granted, it is made of plastic and foam and is not like the thousand dollar Pilates machines, so lets keep that in mind when your read the review. It is based on a VALUE PRICED Pilates type exercise device. With the set comes quite a few options for exercises in a booklet (photo). The resistance bands exercises are for beginners. The bands provide very little resistance. So, if you do any sort of lifting or squats with weights, these exercises will be essentially useless to you. However, if you are a beginner, they are a good way to get arm and leg exercises with curls, fly, squats and variations. The board exercises is where this device shines for me. The handles that allow you do do push ups with the handles set in various positions allow a wide variety of back and shoulder workouts. The sliders on the board allow to you work your core and glutes in a multitude of ways as well. The one thing I did not like, in a design perspective, is the balance board attachment. The attachment is a V shaped attachment that fastens to the bottom of the board where you rest your forearms. The point of the V is down. The V digs into my gym floor mats and left a huge divot. It eventually filled back in, but given that I only tried this for less than a minute doing a plank to try it out, gives me a bit of a concern that my gym mats will get ruined by this. As far as the balancing plank that it provided, the exercise was spot on. The other issue I had with the attachment that your put your forearms on, is the rollers on the bottom. They were very hard to roll on my gym floor mats. I think this would work nicely on a hard floor, but most people do not exercise on hard floors, or they may not want to get their floors ruined by the little metal rollers on the bottom of this device. (photo attached with the V device connected and view of the rollers). The other issue is that the sliders on the board seemed to get hung up at the place where the board fold. You can get past the little kink in the slide and for me, because I am short, can just use one half of the board for a full stretch. If you have a long torso, you would need the sliders to go the full length of the board and will have to deal with a bit of a kink in the middle. This is not a horrible issue, just one that you notice as you slide along the board. BTW, this sliding workout is great for the core and glutes. Overall, it is a decent device that will provide an all over workout for a beginner and a decent core and glute workout for a intermediate exerciser. It is way too easy for anyone who has any sort of strength or lifting experience. As a guideline - I am an older woman who has a lot of exercise experience and likes to lift heavy weights and has a strong core. I have been sidelined (various reasons) for a while, but even with my reduced ability (from previous strength) the bands were ridiculously easy, the core sliders, could get me a decent workout with high reps, the push up bars are a challenge in some positions - especially the wide positions, and overall, I could still use parts of this setup for a decent workout for certain areas. I will most put my elderly mother on it because she is truly a beginner and use some of the core workout features.
