Nice sturdy quality. Good resistance. Bands are nice quality and very tight. Can feel the burn! The ball is tight and sturdy as well.

I really like the bands because they're very strong. I bought some that didn't last long. The hoop is also durable, and wow, the exercises are really noticeable. Even after doing them, I feel my muscles working. The ball is soft, which makes movements easier.

I really liked this Pilates set! The resistance bands are of excellent quality, making exercises comfortable—they don’t stretch too easily but adapt well to the load.
