It’s very well made . However for the price ,I think ,few different resistance bands should be included. As you get one band that it’s quite tough and not too much give . So limits the use of the product .

awesome product.so worth the money, but you're going to need to buy some Y straps for 65 bucks if you want to do anything with your feet. super fast shipping I was amazed!

Please note that you will not be able to pull the loop attachment through the hard circled nuse without taking the hard circle plastic part out first. The instructional video does not explain this at all, I almost returned it because I thought it was faulty. Other than that it is a really nice sturdy piece of equipment that covers a lot of exercises and it's fun to use. I'm still a little apprehensive that the bands might snap on me if I apply full pressure, even though the pulleys feel strong and seem to be made with good quality materials.

I recently purchased the Pilatesstick and have to say that I am very impressed! I already have a Pilates reformer and a ballet barre but also wanted the opportunity to do many exercises that can be done with the Pilatesstick. First of all, it is extremely well made. The wood stick and straps are very secure and comfortable on the feet and hands. The resistance tubing allows for very smooth movements and provides varying degrees of resistance depending on how high it is attached and how far it is extended. The DVD that comes with it is very well done. I felt like after the 50 minutes, I not only had a very effective workout but I was also very relaxed and stretched out. I have always enjoyed using my reformer and doing traditional Pilates mat work but enjoy using the Pilatesstick even more since it allows you to do many exercises and make traditional mat Pilates exercises even more intense. I know there are other "knock-off" pilates types sticks out there but this is definitely superior and a far better investment. I am looking forward to using the Pilatesstick several times per week and am eager to experiment with additional exercises that can be done using it. If you have an xtend barre in your area, they have classes using the Pilatesstick. The class I attended was intense and provides lots of creative uses for the Pilatesstick. I highly recommend it and am looking forward to additional Pilatesstick resources in the future!

I purchased this item from the original creator, Charles Blount , back in 2011. I have trained my clients in my pilates studio with this and STILL to this day use it constantly! It is unbelievable if you know what you are doing with it. I love it so much that I have ordered more of them to meet the demands of my classes. They also have lasted up until NOW! Good product, the pieces are firm and quality, are safe only recommend a place where they go safe because if your attach is set wrong or a door that is not strong is dangerous because it works with the pressure on the door constantly. The video does not work, but the product is excellent. Instructors in pilates, I think is not necessary to see the video. The material is public exercises anywhere. I recommend buying the accessory to set your machine to a bar is very useful.

The DVD in this kit is so defective that it rattles in the DVD drive and I had to use the disc utility to eject it from my computer. The rest of the equipment looks fine. There should be a way to replace the DVD without returning the entire package.
