I ordered 4 pieces, 2 of them do not hold. High quality to the touch. They are easy to disassemble, but it is not clear how to fix the problem.

Small piece missing orange cap in top right. 1/4 when arrived today. Seems to work okay but aesthetically it's unfortunate that the small piece is missing. This is a defect which could have been fixed by providing the small cap.

If you are working on projects under 4". these are so handy and hold pieces firmly enough so that you can work in them .

These clamp well enough but the mechanism of this clamp is backward from any other clamp I have or have seen, and they're just awkward for me to use.

I needed a small clamp for a wooden project, and my 6" Irwin clamp was just a little short. I figured an 8" clamp would be perfect. Looked around and found these at a nice price. I was shocked, though, at how large and heavy they were! I was expecting something like a slightly longer Irwin. You can see the size difference. Other than that, they're pretty good clamps. As someone noted, the trigger mechanism to tighten the clamp is backwards (if you're accustomed to Irwins). Still works just fine. I ended up using rubber bands for my small wood project as using these would be like putting brontosaurus ribs on Fred Flinstone's car. I'm sure I'll find a use for them at some point. Definitely a bargain compared to Irwins.

Not perfect. Not the most sturdy clamps. But they are handy in a pinch.
