This is a wonderful cup, but it arrived completely split on the top and broken , which definitely did not happen in the mail. This was packaged and sent like that. I’m not sure why a company would go ahead and ship something when they know that it’s already split and broken.

Came on time but arrived damaged. The mug itself is a bit of a hassle to use. If take out the infuser with the rubber rim still attached, the lid does not close quite right and it will leak. If leave on rubber rim it doesn't always work either. Would not buy this product again.
