Have seen these repair tools around for years and never had any interest in them. A friend let me borrow an extra of his and I was hooked.It’s the only ball mark repair tool I use now.

I wish the handles on this were slightly heavier. I saw this in a golf shop and the magnet worked really well which is why I bought it. After fixing my first divot, pieces of sand and dirt got stuck in it and it would'nt flick open anymore. Had to get home and WD40 it. Overall happy with the design tho.

Pros- It does repair ball marks; and with slightly recessed release button, it stays closed in my pocket, unlike a different brand that would inadvertently open 3 or 4 times a round.Cons- Pencil sharpener. It seemed like a good idea but doesn't work at all. The blade doesn't protrude far enough to touch the pencil. This would rate 5 stars if defective sharpener wasn't included

Great item. Safe as it doesn’t stick me when grabbing it out of my pocket. The pencil sharpener is a great feature.
