  • Per international shipping safety regulations, lithium batteries are pre-discharged to 30%-50% state of charge (SOC) before shipment. For initial use, charge continuously for 6-8 hours to complete cell balancing.

bought this for my seasonal small engine toys, ie lawn mower and 4 wheelers in which the batteries die after long winters of no use. this product will not recognize a completely dead battery therefore will not allow charging or jumpstarting power. By the time I needed to use this product was past the return date.

This starter aid, small things designed to be small enough, does not take up much space, very suitable for carrying around with the car will be convenient, but if the power is designed to be a little more, perhaps in terms of practicality and durability should be better and more reasonable
