The tips and electrodes look good, but do not cut well at all. In addition to this, I had to pry the swirl ring off of the tip, feeling like it was going to break. I would be sending this whole kit back, but I already threw away the standoff guard. Pay a few extra bucks and get OEM. As another review said…I ended up putting my old consumables back on until new ones arrive.

The OD of the electrode thread is too large (plating issue). If you lightly sand OD of thread with 220 grit or so, it may work. Should not need to do this if go no/go thread gauge was used before shipment.

Ive been running no name chinese consumables in my plasma cutter for a while now. last week i cut an entire sheet of 3/16 steel, a partial sheet of 1/4, and a few strips of 3/8 into off road bumpers using no name tips. I used a total of 4 tips/electrodes...this week i recieved these "weldstop" tips, i made 3 36" cuts in 1/4 before the tip started to blow out. By far the worse consumables ive ever used, i switched back to a worn out no name from my used bin and im back to cutting as expected.
