This product did not work properly from the first time it was used. It does not pick up the tape to reset for the nest tie.

Very thoughtful product. I purchased it to tie my tomato plants to my trellis. It came out together and had the first roll of tape inserted, I just needed to add the staples which comes with it. It takes some getting used too as you have to squeeze the handle just right to get the tape to catch, it normally takes me a few tries before I get it. Once you get it to catch it works prefect the tape seems to be sturdy and it holds my plants up well. The price is good for the amount of extra tape rolls you get along with all the extra staples. If it was a bit easier for the tape to catch I would’ve given it 5 stars, so the ease of use depends on you.
