I use this model headset at work, so with proven sound quality I wanted one for home. I knew the one I ordered was used (they don't seem to be available new anymore) but was in poorer condition than I expected. The mic boom was bent into a wavy shape, the ear pads were worn, and while the headset was clean the cord was filthy.

This refurbished product works well. I am able to hear clearly through the speakers, and the microphone is very effective. My only complaint is that, when the product arrived, the ear cushions were disintegrating and I had to order replacements. Otherwise, everything was in working order.

Bought for wife. She didn't like them. I return and this company charged me $50 for a "restocking fee". Criminal.
