Buyer beware! This is purchased through a third party seller! My device was defective, it kept dropping calls & the person on the other can't hear me. I returned the device to the seller, and the seller told me to pay the return shipping, so I paid it. Upon receipt of the device, the seller charged me a restocking fee of $101.36 because he said it wasn't returned exactly how it was sent. Total for my order was $353.62. I admit I had opened the box and used the product, but it was only to test the device. I had only made a couple calls over the course of 15 minutes, but each person on the other end told me this headset is horrible and they can't hear me, on top of the dropped calls. I returned the product with secure packaging so it wouldn't be damaged during delivery back to the seller, but he fought me on why it was not returned as if it had never been opened. We had gone back an forth on that it had been opened so I could test the product, but he refused to be understanding. I should not have been charged a restocking fee, because why would the seller re-stock a defective product? So he can make the $100 off my return, just to make an additional $350 off of a new unsuspecting customer who will have the same issue?

For some reason this earpiece keeps dropping calls. One will be fine and the next one drops. Does anyone have a solution for this. It also keeps going back and forth between laptop and telephone on the charging station. Very frustrating and about to throw it in the trash.

J'utilise ce casque avec mon ordinateur (Discord, Microsoft Teams, Bria) ainsi qu'avec mon cellulaire par bluetooth. Le tout fonctionne à merveille. Le logiciel facilite les mises à jours et la configuration de l'appareil.Par contre, la pile ne dure pas le 7 heures que la compagnie affiche. J'atteint 4h maximum ce qui est quand même très bien car il recharge très vite entre les appels.
