it looked old and used..it was cracked. plastic ..window..it didnt work on my 29 inch like said..

Well, this is my second speedometer. I finally put it on my bike and hooked it up and I was amazed that it still does not work so I asked for a refund and told me that I am not allowed to have a refund because my second speedometer was my refund. This is a bad product.
