They work to tighten draw strings and are very cheap and easy to use, however they are a little loose when clamped on drawstrings and can be pulled without actually pressing the button. Although this could be due to the thickness or texture of my drawstrings. You do get a lot of them, maybe too many as i don’t know what to do with all these now.

I bought these, of course, for my shoes. I have to say that I found them difficult to squeeze, and then you have to thread it through one hole and back out the other. It was also hard to pull the shoelace through the second hole and then tighten it up. I don’t believe I would buy this two hole kind again, because of that difficulty.
