I really like these plastic shims. They are color coded by thickness with four different thicknesses. I like that they are horseshoe shaped as they can be used to surround both sides of nails. I plan to use these for helping to level my floors between the subfloor and joists in my house.

Came in one bag as an assortment. Very handy to have around while working.Uniform thickness, clean edges, same color coding as other brands.Plastic is just as durable and consistent as more expensive shims.

These are exactly as described. Multiple size shims that are of consistent thickness. They feel durable to the touch and you get a bunch of them. Time will tell on their longevity but as of now I don't think that will be an issue.I really like they are made in the USA.I would recommend.

I didn't know these existed, but they're pretty handy for leveling things. Because they're plastic, they'll hold up over time, even if exposed to water. They're a pretty good size and are color coded by thickness. However, because they're so brightly colored, they're not very good for locations that are visible, such as for leveling furniture unless the feet aren't very visible. You can stack them so that you can really create any thickness desired. They're handy to have around, and are a good product, I just wish they were a more neutral color maybe with the size stamped on them so I could use them for furniture.

The ‘U’ shape is nice, but it would be better if they were longer, (like the ones used during install of the patio doors 20+ yrs ago). They seem pretty durable.

great items and a great priceYES there are other ways...harder ways to shim stuff but these make life SO easy!If you're setting up a workshop and want your tools to all be aligned and even these are the way to goif you need slightly more adjustments remember that paper is basically compressed wood and often equal thickness - so get to trimming and stacking for that very fine tuning - but for the bulk changes nothing is more easy than these - especially since they're U shaped and wrap around the bolt (or screw)Love these

My nephew is an HVAC Tech and he uses this type of shim frequently. This package has a nice variety of sizes and the sims are sturdy. He really appreciates the color difference for each size - makes it easy to grab and get to work!

Great solid plastic spacers, the black spacers (1/4") are not solid but they fine.
