A solid addition in any living room corner.. these are so simple to offer up additional seating, when a larger group is present! Ordered for small apartment where game day gatherings/wknd socials take place.. perf. for extra living, gathering, business or game room seating. Smart design stacks atop the other and pull in/out as needed. Has small footprint and need minimal space. (can even act as potted plant stand when not in use!)Expect SHORTER height- equivalent level of sitting on a couch. Supports adult weight but, it's best for a shorter stature or those without longer legs! Otherwise, it may lack comfort in the "grasshopper leg" position! (I'm 5'2" and daughter is 5'7" and stools are perfect. Husband is 6'4" and finds it tricky to sit comfortably.. just to give you an idea!!) stool seat is 18" tall.Swivel top design is super convenient, lets you maneuver angle without getting up- perf. for watching TV.. Top is not loose and won't freely spin, as it takes effort to turn and does so best with weight atop. Entire design is x1 piece and easy to wipe clean. Feel is sturdy to hold intended weight, seat has small amount of cushion that could be improved for comfort. Pads on acrylic base keep stool from floor damage.. has balance and without wobble. My daughter has been asking for a vanity for a few years and it is finally time to get her one, for Christmas. I wanted her and a friend (or my father in law, who she tends to practice on) to be able to sit at it with her. These are very modern, but still swivel... perfect for doing hair and makeup! The one downside is that they're a bit smaller than I anticipated. Still good sized for a kiddo aged 5. The swivel feature is a bit hard to do, but I suspect it'll get better the more they get used.
