ABOUT OUR HOT STAPLER PLASTIC WELDING KIT
- Used to repair the broken and damaged plastics, and still maintain the flexibility of plastics. Basically used to repair the plastics of automobile, motorcycles, ATVs, boats and industrial applications.

- 20W Rated Power. Easy to heat the hot stapler, and weld the broken plastic together.
- 3 Adjustable Levels (Low/Middle/High). The appropriate level can be selected according to the characteristics of plastic to avoid welding damage to avoid weak welding.

Should have bought one of these years ago. Simple to use and has plenty of repair nibs for your projects. I have used it to fix the plastic floor on my UTV, which cracked, and several other projects around the house. Make sure you have the correct heat settings so you're not burning through the piece you're trying to repair.

Was used to fix a bit split in my rear bumper. It was great having an assortment of staples to chose from. Done a great job but the only issue is that the button sticks sometimes. Ended up going through one spot because it wouldnt stop heating up but other than that it was worth the $

Takes some time to learn good techniques but the products itself is a great tool to have. Especially with the momentary button to heat up the Staples.

Funsiona, aunque es muy débil en calidad sobre todo la punta manual. El botón de pulsación a veces se pega y sobrecalienta los alambres, pues cuando uno lo suelta, luego de incrustarlos, en varias oportunidades se queda pulsado con el inconveniente de nó poder dejar el inserto para que comienze el periodo de enfriamiento. Las puntas de cobre que alojan los insertos luego de muy, pero de muy poco uso: yá están muy desajustadas del plástico que las aloja y creo que vá a durar muy poco.En este caso seguro recibí lo que pagué. Antes tuve una de estas exacta/ el mismo estilo pero esa vez comprada en Eastwood y nada que ver en precio y robustez y la calidad... pues la operé 2 años seguidos y seguía intacta.Trataré de conseguirla con ellos mejor nuevamente.

I tried it out on some test pieces of plastic and it seemed to work fine. I haven't used it on an actual repair yet so no real test. It arrived in good condition with all pieces intact so hence, the four stars. I'll revise my review after I repair something.Update: I made a couple of small repairs on a broken freezer compartment and a compressor guard and the fixes both seem sturdy and permanent. So, I added the fifth star.

Came on time packaged very well and exactly as advertised. Wish I had one of these 10 years ago! Works like a charm with tons of staples. Would highly recommend this product.

Works good, simple to use. If you want a cleaner finish would recommend also using a plastic welder with the staples.
