We purchased this item to replace the cardboard dispenser the cling wrap/food film came in because the top and ends started to disintegrate, and the tear strip kept coming off. The item was very disappointing. Food film rolls do not fit. Neither do aluminum foil rolls. The end support roll inserts do not fit either and if they do, the more the rolls will not fit into the dispenser. The overall construction is flimsy, soft/weak. The two clasps are difficult to close and look like they will break off when opening them. However, we like the transparent property of the the dispenser and the stick-on cut strip. One star. The time and effort put into searching and comparing was wasted.
