The end result is an amazing pool table (dining table inserts) at a great price. But getting to the end had many road blocks. After the purchase, the supplier called and disclosed the delivery would most likely drop 2 pallets on the street. They would not bring it on the driveway or in the garage (depending on the driver). Also that they would call. They never called. He also said it’s the consumers responsibility to get it from the street into the garage if the driver won’t do it. The delivery company just text rescheduling the delivery window of 4 hours. So taking day, after day, after day of work off to accommodate the rescheduling. Truck finally shows up. No call as mentioned earlier. Everything was on one pallet (not 2) and beat up pretty bad. Pallet was too long (8 ft) for driver to turn and get it on the lift gate. Was loaded with a skid loader but a motorized pallet Jack couldn’t even come close to making the turn on the lift gate. Driver said he couldn’t deliver it while sitting 80 feet from my front door in the street. I jumped up in the truck and told the driver, we’re cutting the straps and I’ll help you unload it…by hand. He agreed. 30 minutes later, we had it all unloaded and sweating like crazy. Hired a professional installer the next day who did an amazing job. Took 2 professional installers approximately 3 hours to unbox and provide a professional install. The boxes were in rough shape and the slate slabs edging were damaged from shipping. There were 4 sets of sharp wood screws that went through the bottom where your knees or legs could get cut if sitting at the pool table. Not sure if the installer used the wrong screws or what. But had to get that corrected before someone got hurt. Installer was able to correct some of the shipping damage and visual aesthetics. Nothing serious thank goodness. No accessories included (no billiards set, cue sticks, ball rack, chalk, etc… comes with the table. Just FYI). The padding on the dining inserts when unboxed partially, just fell right off. Used some adhesive to correct that situation. Anyways, it might just easier to buy a pool table locally. To much risk associated with a big heavy pool table. We got it in. Looks great. We now love it, but what a journey.

This is a great table. If this table didn’t come with THE worst directions I would give three stars. If you buy this table, pay a professional to put it together.

Looks so nice with our new basement and our barn wood wall, we love it and use it all the time. Had to find a local person to set it up but that was only $250

Had to hire professional installer at extra cost. Otherwise, it is great looking.
