Box was missing vermiculite. I reached out and instead of just sending the missing item, they wanted me to ship entire 100lb box back. That’s insane! Now I have to purchase it separately, no big deal but I can’t run my fireplace till I get the vermiculite. I won’t by anything else from this company. The logs look nice but customer service is non existent.

Good log set -- use it in my outdoor fireplace. The gas valve it came with broke after 3 months of light use -- lets gas through at full bore even if you turn the key counter clockwise to off. May go back to seller for another valve, and possibly update this review.

Everything arrived in good condition. It is of good quality. I didn't really have any problem installing except I had to purchase a 90 degree elbow because included flex line was a little longer than I needed. The included packages of embers and vermiculite could be labeled.
