This was just what I was looking for. Very concealment security camera that does not rely on wifi or BT for storage. I plug this in by my front door and I capture anyone entering while I'm away (my landlord has a habit of "checking" on furnace filter or whatever excuse)I am using a 512 gb card without issue. The body does get a little warm but not too bad. Setup was super easy, for me just putting the SD card on and plugging it in. The picture is surprisingly crisp, however the wide angle distortion is present. The far edges also are slightly less crisp than the center but still very acceptable.In all- great purchase.

This product performs just as described. Good quality video picture for such a small lens. It has a wide angle so it records nearly all of a room. Having children of various ages, friends of children, and pets in the house, we use it for keeping an eye on all the activities when we aren't in the room. I use it on motion detection mode. It starts recording quickly and continues for 5 minutes and stops recording if there is no longer any motion detected. If motion is detected then it starts a new 5 minute recording beginning right where the first recording ended. I like that the mini SD card is hidden as well as the mode switch and that it is easy to download the recordings to a cellphone or computer. I usually plug it into my portable battery pack with a charger cord I modified so that it does not actually charge the power pack but looks like it is in use. Very nice, useful product.

This gadget looks like a real USB charger, and nominally works like one but is not intended or recommended for actual charging. My recommendation to enhance the appearance of being a regular, unassuming item in the room is to plug a USB cable into it but don't actually connect it to a device. Just looks like a charger plugged into the wall that gets regular use. I have lots of real chargers like it with disconnected cables dangling.Works to capture video on a tiny memory card hidden behind a sticker. Video quality is good but degrades in low light to where it starts to get grainy video streaks though it is still usable to see what is going on. Customer service is top notch and I very much appreciate that.Because of the inconvenience of dealing with the tiny card that can be hard to manipulate and easily lost or crushed if dropped in the process of removing to view on some other device, I highly recommend getting the wireless version where you can "login" to its wifi network and retrieve the files that way. Handling a tiny card is for the age demographic of good eyes and sure fingers.
