About this item

  • Extended Plus-Size Design for Severe Swelling: Specifically engineered for larger calves (20"-33" circumference), these medical-grade compression sleeves combat excessive edema and fluid retention. The widened, non-roll design adapts to swollen tissues, ideal for Stage II-III lymphedema, post-surgical recovery, and chronic venous insufficiency.
  • 4-Way Compression Technology: Engineered to move with your body, utilizes a 4-directional design to deliver balanced compression across all calf muscle groups—front, back, inner, and outer. Unlike standard sleeves that concentrate pressure on a single area, this dynamic structure expands vertically to accommodate knee bends and horizontally to adapt to swelling fluctuations. Perfect for nurses, travelers, and post-surgery recovery, it ensures consistent support during daily activities.
  • Adjustable Breathable Fit System: Features dual hook-and-loop closures with 360° airflow channels for all-day comfort. The open-toe design allows customized tension control – easily tighten during activity or loosen at rest without removing the wrap. Accommodates up to 6" calf diameter fluctuations during treatment phases.
  • Multi-Condition Therapeutic Use: Certified for post-operative edema (knee/hip replacement), Chronic venous insufficiency (CVI), Lymphedema management, DVT prevention during travel, Occupational leg fatigue (nurses/teachers), and Lipedema-related discomfort
  • Medical-Grade Quality Assurance: FDA-registered Class I medical device. Backed by 90-day warranty: Free size exchanges, seam failure replacements, free exchanges and a full refund guarantee. We're always here to assist you whenever you need us.

This is an Outstanding Calve Compression Wrap for PLUS Sized legs and is exactly as the Product Page described. It seems to be made of High Quality Materials and has been working great for me. BE SURE to check the Size Chart and MEASURE your Calve before ordering this. Amazon Recommended a 3XL and I checked the size chart since most 3XL items are not what 3XL use to be, usually too small. Not with this, if anything it's LARGER. This is why the chart suggests you get the SMALLER size if you're between sizes. This is very accurate. I had a fall and twisted my knee and strained my Calve. I measured in at 23 " when they suggested the 3XL, but the regular XL goes from 21 to 25.5 inches so I ordered that size instead. It fit great for the swollen Calve and now that It's gone down to 20 inches this wrap is a bit too big now. I "can" still make it work, but it's not as evenly distributing the pressure as it did when my Calve was swollen to 23 inches. In other words, when I get it tight enough to stay on and put pressure on the Calve it leaves uneven dents. So the Sizing is Accurate and True. Be sure to use it. This is one of the best made and form fitting designed compression wraps I've ever used or owned. Well worth the money. I'm happy with it and do recommend it.

This compression bandage arrived on time and was double packaged. Standard shipping envelope plus a sliding lock bag within to keep the brace fresh and new. I did not see any instructions AT FIRST but later in the day after I found them folded in the general area that is my unpack zone. They were folded and must have been wrapped in the wrap.(please see image of instructions they are useful) but if you have ever had to wrap for leg swelling and edema you know the ropes, or better...the wraps. That might be the case but with this type of wrap you start at the top and work downward. The body of the brace is tapered so there is no problem when you wrap. The brace compression is evenly distributed from just above the ankle to about an inch below the knee.Starting at the top of the leg just under the knee and work downwards. Pull each tension band for an even comfortable compression pressure and secure to the leg body with the very strong grip Velcro fasteners. Move into second gear third and forth, until all adjusting straps and compression segments are secured. You can fine tune the application for a more even distribution of compression. Use good judgment, and stay well within the comfort zone to assure that there is adequate blood flow and comfort.WHY I LIKE:I think this concept is really great, it is a practical, sensible improvement over the old fashioned elastic bandages and their flimsy fasteners. Those things can bend eventually causing them to let loose. The alternative for old style elastic bandage wearers is the diaper pin.I have had a long history of edema in my right leg caused by a deep wound in my shin. The injury was deep and went through to the shin bone. The object that caused the wound was infested with staphylococci' The result was a serious case of cellulitis which reoccurs from time time accompanied by the customary edema. Just this last week I have been doctoring a flare up. So as you can imagine I am tired of bandage wraps. I am also not in love with compression stockings.k They can make life miserable in a hurry. Some are almost impossible;e to put on, and talk about removing...I recently purchased a new pair that met with a sudden death on their maiden flight. While struggling to remove the toe-less sock it bunched up into a half inch roll that quickly became a super restrictive, painful, band about my foot and ankle. Both were suffering for insufficient blood supply. I quickly grabbed a pair of scissors and began snipping away at the restrictive band.So say goodbye to nightmares like that and say to yourself, as I already have,..."why didn't I think of something like this?"Since I have just had the wrap on for a little over four hours the result will not be known until bedtime. This is an edit-At bedtime I was amazed at the difference in leg swelling as compared with the normal left leg.The previously bandaged leg was approximately a one third size improvement. That is amazing for only 12 hours of compression therapy. I must also add that I am on an oral therapy program of antibiotic and steroid. But former experience tells me that this reduction in swelling in short order was notably remarkable.FYI:Compression hose and compression appliances should be worn in the daytime, and removed at bedtime. Adjusting that a bit for a work schedule we could say worn when active, and removed rest period. They really feel good. I can feel my leg receiving a better blood supply. I noticed the comfort and feeling while standing at my kitchen sink washing that never ending stack of dishes. This is a really good compression wrap. There is no doubt that there is good even compression on the leg muscles, ligaments, tendons, and entire venous system that is under the wrap.Vacation of the fluid build-up by the venous system is the goal, and from what I am feeling I have no doubts that this will occur through the use of this modern compression wrap. This is more likely to occur because of the easy to apply, and stay in place application of this modern compression wrap. For that feature it will receive more consistent usage.I am reasoning here that a person will be more prone to follow a very proper routine of now you is on, and now you aint. (Isn't)This wrapping system is a huge improvement over all others that I am familiar with including heated inflatable pressurewraps. Famous for uneven pressure, TOO MUCH HEAT, and failure to be of benefit. They can take up valuable time by sitting around while the torturous devices achieve only dubious results. Remember, these are stationary treatments not at all providing the benefit of a wrap that goes along with you and your active daily leg movements. It is my opinion that stationery wrapping devices for the treatment of edema should be made as extinct as a Tyrannosaurus Rex. Monitored Hospital Treatment with the application of similar devices is a different story.ONWARD:So far all I can say is this. The product looks good, is well made and introduces me to a brand new concept in reliablecompression leg wrapping at an extremely modest price.I also have an intuitive feeling that my seeking a better method has paid off, and as a Vine Reviewer that does not like all things that I review, this one is differen because it is one I started to like right out of the wrap. There is a feeling about this wrap, and that is one of assurance.CLEANING:To keep the wrap clean the wrap should be hand washed only. Hang it up to drip dry.(PLEASE SEE IMAGE FOR MORE INFO)Keep in mind the wrap is one for only one leg. It would be nice if there was a package deal on two.I am very confident that this wrap will be a winner for me and for you.I am giving this easy to use graduated compression wrap Full Five Stars for price, product quality, workmanship, and the very significant ease of application with personally observed results. Some Seniors that I know are experiencing greatly reduced mobility caused by such afflictions as Arthritis,Polymyalgia Rheumatica, Post Surgery, and spinal injuries that cause low back pain with the miseries of sciatica. For those folks the sensible quick and easy application of this wrap will be like a gift from the almighty. Why not give this one a try? I did, and in my opinion it is a definite keeper.

The " Feamero Plus Size Calf Compression Wrap For Severely Swollen Calves With Lymphedema, Big Calf Brace Increases Circulation & Reduces Muscle Swelling for Women and Men (Tall, XL)" Is well sewn of quality materials. I ordered an XL Tall size, but it is much too large for DH. The ankle part is much too large at the tightest wrap point,it is loose and can't be made tighter. The tall length is good. I am going to adapt this by cutting and resewing the edges to achieve a smaller size. Most of the Medical Braces that we have ordered have been made in China and they are frequently too small/smaller than the listed fit. This is the first brace/wrap product that is actually larger than we expected. The pricing on this wrap is high comparatively to similar products.

I have problems with swelling and cramping in my calves and ordered a Plus Size Calf Compression Wrap For Severely Swollen Calves With Lymphedema, Big Calf Brace Increases Circulation & Reduces Muscle Swelling from the Feamero Store. This is a unisex fitted compression wrap. I looked at the sizing chart and my calve measured at 24 1/2 and that is an XL. But my experience has been that things run smaller from China and so I went with the 2XL, the size I wear for tops and pants from China. Unfortunately, that was not a wise decision on my part because this wrap actually runs large. I do have a tall calve and am 5'7" so XL is OK but my height is on the cusp of a short length. If I see these again, I would probably try an XL and short. The compression wrap is unisex and so that might be why it runs large. I can say that Feamero is a good brand, workmanship is quality and material is neoprene durable. The design of the wrap is good but you must get the correct size as the design requires a certain minimum dimension. I rate the Feamero Calve compression wrap as a 5 star quality product and design with a high price point.

Works great. I usually use compression socks but tried this out and really like it. It's not great for wearing out and about under pants but at home it's awesome. Easy to put on and adjust. Mine fit my oversized calves well, but definitely read some other reviews for their experience with the sizes as well. I'm a bit of an outlier when it comes to size.
