Garry and his wife Diane founded Woodstock Percussion, in 1979 and it remains a family-owned business in New York's Hudson Valley. Grammy award-winning musician Garry Kvistad created the first Woodstock Chime from an aluminum lawn chair he found in a landfill. As a professional musician and instrument designer, he was fascinated by the Scales of Olympos, a 7th century pentatonic scale that can't be played on a modern piano. Beautiful music! I found this wind chime at a garden center and fell in love with the melody. I bought it on Amazon for a much better price. Wind chimes are not a blind buy, you have to listen to them.

I love Woodstock chimes. I don't think I would buy any other. Did you know you can go to their website and listen to them first? Yeah, you can and it's awesome!

Love the chimes, but box was shipped in original packaging which was damaged and had labels stuck all over it. The item itself was not damaged thankfully. Not much I can do since it is a gift.

I saw the product on woodstock Website but unfortunately they don't sell outside of the us or canada.Thanks to amazon I could have it.Exactly the same, very nice song.I recommend.
