Loved the quality and customer service. Original dome arrived shattered in 1 million pieces. I immediately sent it back, no charge, a new one came in a few days as a replacement.

Have used other sizes, so I knew this would have good quality and be well made. Excellent for displaying preserved bridal bouquets or other keepsakes.

Its amazing what you can find on Amazon. I was worry how to protect the Icon I purchased but this dome fits perfectly and now I dont have to worry the clean lady is going to break it dusting

I think it’s ridiculous to require someone to send shattered glass in the mail. I didn’t even open it all the way, just heard the glass rattling around and opened a side to peak in. I could have sent a video or pictures or whatever they wanted but no. Sending broken glass in the mail seems very dangerous and unnecessary. Very very disappointed.
