I absolutely love this herb stripper. It’s one of those simple tools that ends up being way more useful than you’d expect. The top has a thin, sharp edge that’s great for chopping through stems and herbs quickly and with very little effort.The best part for me is the set of different sized holes for stripping herbs. I used it on some thyme, which I usually dread working with because of how fiddly and time-consuming it is, and it handled it beautifully. It made the task so much quicker and less frustrating.

This little tool makes stripping herbs so much faster and easier! It works great on rosemary, thyme, kale—you name it. The stainless steel is sturdy, and it’s easy to clean. Total time-saver in the kitchen. Love it!

If you grow and dry herbs, you likely want to can the resulting dry leaves - but you'd prefer to avoid the stems, at least the larger ones. While it's possible to remove the leaves by hand, that can be a messy and inconvenient job.This little gadget provides an easier way to do it: simply push the end of the main stalk through the appropriately-sized hole, and pull it the rest of the way through while holding it over a bowl. The edge of the metal hole will strip off the leaves to fall into the bowl, and you'll be left holding the bare stalk to throw away. Easy-peasy!There's also a blade on the end that you can use to chop up the herbs, though I'd think your regular knives will likely do a better job. Doesn't hurt to have it though, and there's a plastic safety cover piece - not a very good one, alas, but it's included.While this is definitely a special-purpose tool, it's only a few bucks, so if you do a lot of herb gardening, it'll quickly prove worthwhile. Since it's made of stainless steel, it won't ever rust and is easy to wash, even in the dishwasher.

I was skeptical at first, but this little tool is amazing! It strips herbs quickly without bruising the leaves. The size is perfect for my kitchen drawer, and it’s so affordable for the quality. Definitely buying another as a gift.

I use this herb stripper almost every day for my cooking. It saves so much time compared to plucking leaves by hand, and it works great with basil, thyme, and even rosemary. Very sturdy and easy to clean.
