Works perfectly with the XPR 3300e model walkie talkie I use at work. They definitely have decent noise cancelling ability, even in an environment with high noise from lots of big machines. Even with the high level of noise at my job I can actually understand people over the radio with this speaker, all while having to wear earplugs on top of all that.When talking into it my voice has always been clear so far as well.

Works well in my job. I work for an airline and I work outside. Working next to the planes can become extremely loud but I can be heard on the other end loud and clear. Plus I can hear the voices over the radio even with earplugs on
