This air tool-rafter hook is perfect. It is an improvement to have a pivoting connection and the hang hook is great.

Bought two of these hooks, one for my Harbor Freight framing nailer and one for my Bostitch Roofing Nailer. I could not find an OEM hook for the specific Bostitch model I had, but I couldn't imagine an OEM hook working any better than this one. The soft swivel of both the hook and the hose connection is the perfect touch on this hook. I expected the hook to be fixed in one position once tightened, but the dampered swivel was a surprise and makes it very versatile. I can hang the nail gun on my belt or reposition the hook to hang on a rafter. Thanks for a good solution for my nail guns!

Quick and easy install and it will hook on 2x materials.I put this one on a Senco Pro 42 trim gun. The one it came with would only hang on your pocket or belt.I needed to be able to hang it wherever I needed.. this hook solved my issues.. I can hang it on the ladder rungs, a 1x or 2x...Just makes my job a little easier when I don't have a nail gun hanging on my pocket with a hose...

I installed this on my Matabo tico nailer and it went on easily. The "swivel" section is modest, meaning it does not swivel 180 or 360 degrees; just about 30 degrees.The rafter hanger portion does fit over a rafter, but barely. It would be better if it was wider so that it is easier to hang/un-hang from a 2xAlso, I dropped it once, about 20", and the hanger actually bent. But I was able to easily bend it back. It's not very strong in that area.
